Turnaround Speed
Our Turnaround is fast, very fast. Our goal is to prepare your work at the highest quality and get it in the mail and on its way to you as quickly as possible.
The day you place your order is Day 1 ONLY if you do so before Noon Central Time. The following business day is Day 1 if you place your order AFTER Noon Central Time. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are NOT business days.
The following is the only type of order that will ship on the 5th business day:
Orders with a SINGLE PDF file for 8.5x11inch PORTRAIT books printed on Cotton or Bond paper for 1 to 10 books will ship on the 5th business day.
IMPORTANT-1: 1 to 10 books printed on Gloss-coated or Matte-coated paper will ship on the 10th business day, even for 8.5x11inch Portrait books.
IMPORTANT-2: If your order contains a book that will ship on 10th business day, your entire order will ship on 10th business day.
Every other type of order for 1 to 10 books will ship on the 10th business day, including:
- Paper documents Mailed-In for binding only
- Landscape books of any size
- Books smaller than 8.5×11 inches
- Books bigger than 8.5×11 inches
- Orders for less than 10 books that are not identical
- Books thicker than 2 inches.
- 11 to 20 identical books measuring 8.5×11 inches on any type of paper
